Home Based Business, Network Marketing

I am currently promoting several online opportunities with the hopes that a few of them will be successful.

Univera
Monthly Cost = $300
Last Check = $0
This is my wife’s MLM venture. She does NOT actively promote Univera. We do not spend any money on advertising. We simply “Gift” products to a few people every once in a while.

MyJetStreamHawaii
Xango/MyJetStream
Monthly Cost = $269.47
Last Check = $78 ($28 commission + $50 Sold a couple Bottles of Xango Locally)
This is my main business. I have spent hundreds of dollars promoting MyJetStream/Xango and have only received one sign-up so far. MyJetStreamHawaii ads are currently on this site and a few traffic exchanges. I decided to stop buying into the advertising coop as I haven’t had a really good return on investment.

EyeEarn by driving my car!
EyeEarn/SFI
Monthly Cost = $29.95
Last Check = $8.98
I have not spent any money advertising this program, but this opportunity has the highest rate of return so far. The ad for EyeEarn appears on this site and a few traffic exchanges.

MyWorldPlus - The most powerful discount savings and cash back rewards program in the world!
MyWorldPlus
Monthly Cost = $19.95
Last Check = $2.80
I have not spent any money advertising this program. In fact, the only link I have on the Internet for this program appears on this site. The $2.80 is strictly from “Vertical Acceleration” or a single downline leg. Not one person in my downline was personally sponsored by me (Not yet at least). The cool thing about this opportunity is the discount card. I just received my card yesterday and will be seeing if the card works this weekend.

Success University
Monthly Cost = $57.90
Last Check = $0
I spent $100 to place a banner on CWAHM.com. I received 5 leads but no sign-ups yet.

As you can see, some of the business opportunities I am trying require very little work and very little advertising. I would suggest starting with one of these smaller programs before stepping into something more costly such as Univera or Xango/MyJetStream.

I will be running ads on my site shortly to recoup my advertising efforts, and I may dabble in some affiliate marketing.

Today’s Lesson: If you are looking at a MLM / Network Marketing opportunity, try a low cost opportunity first to get your feet wet, then step up to more costly opportunities.

Good point. Should start with a low cost one. At least when someone fails in it, they won’t lose too much money.

Today I received a comment from someone trying to sell me commission blueprint. I had seen it earlier but never really took the time to read the long exaustive sales letter. Long sales letters with too much bullshit and repeated info are ussually a huge turndown for me.

Does anyone know more or even tried them out?

Heard that before. But umm, I have no interest towards a long letters or words too.

I even predict that in the comming years the long sales letters and info-overdosis won´t be a success formula anymore. At least I wouldn´t launch a product nowadays with an overdosis of info about it and hyped-up fancy images and graphics.

In my opinion, what worked in the past is now losing its “magic”.

Yea, things keep on evolving. We surely can’t use the old way and old thinking for now. Gotta keep update with the era.
